About Dr Pallavi Rajhans
Dr Pallavi Rajhans is a competent psychiatrist with over 8 years of experience. Her empathy, expertise and communication have helped her treat and gain the trust and respect of her patients.
She completed her MBBS from Patna Medical College and Hospital and went on to pursue her MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. From 2019 to 2022, she worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry, AIIMS, New Delhi & National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC) which is an apex institute for treatment of drugs and substance use
disorders.
She is a keen researcher and has worked for NIHR, UK. Her research work includes over 20 publications in various national and international journals. She keeps herself updated and informed by participating in various presentations, teaching and training programs.
She is an active advocate of mental health and has participated in mental health awareness programmes conducted at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, where she is currently working as a Visiting Specialist. She is also working as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the reputed SAMA Hospital, New Delhi.

Mental health includes our psychological, emotional and social well-being. Both physical and mental health are equally important components of our overall health . Mental health issues can take on a variety of forms and are more common than people think. We need to take the stigma away from it so that people can come forward to seek help.
Antarang is an effort to provide a safe and judgment-free space to people where they can open up and share their emotions and feelings. My priority is to provide the best and holistic care for my patients. I am focused on listening to and addressing all the concerns of my patients and explaining the course of treatment in a way they can understand easily.
